Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 41 of the French law dated March 11, 1957, authorizes only "copies or reproductions which are strictly reserved for the private use of the person making the copy and are not meant for collective use". Any total or partial reproduction, by any process whatsoever, will therefore be considered as counterfeiting and as such is liable to sanctions according to Articles 425 and following of the French Criminal Code.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, Lyon Roses 2015 Convention does not authorize the reproduction of article titles with a link to their corresponding website page. These links must not be mentioned unless they have been authorized by Lyon Roses 2015 Convention.
